Health and comfort information
Latex Bedding Co makes and sells mattresses, not medical devices. Anything on this website about sleep, posture, back support, allergies or comfort is general information only. It is not medical advice and it is not a diagnosis or treatment for any condition.
If you have back pain, a spinal condition, an allergy, a respiratory condition, or any other health concern, please speak to your doctor, physiotherapist, or chiropractor before deciding which mattress is right for you. We are happy to describe what our mattresses are made of and how they are built, and our showroom staff will talk you through firmness and support, but we cannot advise on your health.
Individual results vary
Comfort and support are personal. Body weight, sleeping position, existing conditions and personal preference all affect how a mattress feels and how well someone sleeps on it. What suits one person may not suit another, which is why we offer a comfort trial on our mattresses and why we encourage you to visit the showroom and lie on them first.
Customer reviews and ratings
Some pages on this website display reviews and star ratings collected by third-party platforms, including ProductReview.com.au and Google. Those reviews are the personal opinions of the people who wrote them, based on their own experience. They are not our claims about our products; we do not edit them, and they should not be read as a promise that you will have the same experience.
Ratings and review counts shown on this site are accurate at the time they are displayed and can change.
Showroom display models
Mattresses, bases and toppers on the floor of our Crows Nest showroom are display models, so you can try them. They have been lain on by other visitors and may show normal signs of use. The product you buy is supplied new. Not every size of every model is on display, so please call ahead if you want to try a particular size.
Product information
We describe our products as accurately as we can, including materials, certifications and construction. Natural latex is a natural material, so small variations in colour, surface finish and firmness are normal.
Dimensions are approximate and normal manufacturing tolerances apply. Photographs are indicative, and colours can differ between screens.
Prices, stock and delivery estimates
Prices, stock levels and delivery estimates shown on this website can change, and stock shown as available online is not a guarantee that a particular size is available in the showroom on a given day. Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. The price and delivery cost that apply to your order are the ones confirmed at checkout.
Third-party links and services
This website links to other websites, including certification bodies, review platforms and payment providers. We do not control those sites, and we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Afterpay, Klarna, Zip and PayPal are provided by those companies under their own terms. Any credit or payment agreement you enter into is with them, not with us.
Your consumer rights
Nothing on this page limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. See our Warranty page and our Terms and Conditions for more.
